Overview

Temporary Goods is a cottage food operation registered with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS Permit #12134). By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.

Products

All products are handmade in small batches in a home kitchen. As a Texas cottage food producer, our products are not subject to governmental food service licensing or inspection. All ingredients are listed on each product page. It is your responsibility to review allergen information before purchasing.

Orders & Availability

Orders are accepted during our weekly drop window (typically Fridays). Product availability is limited and may sell out. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable after purchase.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable sales tax calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information. Delivery fees are based on your delivery zone within the San Antonio metropolitan area.

Delivery

We deliver within the San Antonio metro area only. Delivery zones and fees are determined by zip code. Orders placed during the Friday drop are baked Saturday and delivered Sunday. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are generally final. We will make it right if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. See our Refund Policy for details.

Cottage Food Disclosure

Limitation of Liability

Temporary Goods is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from allergens disclosed on product pages or for issues arising from improper storage after delivery. Time and temperature-sensitive products include handling instructions, which must be followed.
