We do not collect or store payment card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, our payment processor.

  • To fulfill and deliver your order
  • To send order confirmations and delivery updates via email or SMS
  • To communicate about issues with your order

We will not use your information for marketing unless you explicitly opt in (e.g., by subscribing to our newsletter).

SMS & Email Communications

If you provide a phone number, you may receive SMS messages about your order status (confirmation, baking updates, delivery ETA). These are transactional messages related to your purchase. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically. Newsletter subscriptions are separate and optional.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Stripe — for secure payment processing
  • SMS/email providers — to deliver order notifications

These providers only receive information necessary to perform their specific service.

Data Retention

We retain order records for tax and business purposes. If you would like your personal information deleted, contact us at hello@temporarygoods.co and we will remove your data within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain it.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses minimal cookies for cart functionality (stored in your browser’s local storage). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

Security

We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information you provide.
